Exclusivity requirement: While your agency's landing page is active, all ELDT theory training your agency purchases, across every department and for any employee, must be sourced exclusively through HAZWOPER OSHA Training.
If your agency purchases ELDT theory training from another provider while under this agreement, HAZWOPER OSHA Training reserves the right, at its own discretion, to revoke your agency's landing page and bulk pricing tier, with at least 1 month written notice.
This is what keeps bulk pricing sustainable for every agency we support. Specific partnership terms may be adjusted in a signed agreement between HAZWOPER OSHA Training and your agency.
