A simple performance standard keeps the ELDT Partner Program sustainable for everyone involved.
Minimum sales threshold: Partner landing pages are expected to generate at least $50 in course sales per month, starting 60 days after the page first goes live.
If a partner page falls below this threshold after that 60-day grace period, HAZWOPER OSHA Training reserves the right, at its own discretion, to terminate the ELDT Partner Program agreement for that page, with at least 1 month written notice. This is an option we may choose to exercise. It is not an automatic or required action, and we may continue supporting a page below this threshold if we choose to.
This policy applies only to the minimum sales threshold above. It does not limit either party's other rights, and specific partnership terms may be adjusted in a signed agreement between HAZWOPER OSHA Training and the partner.
