Exclusivity requirement: While your district's landing page is active, all ELDT theory training your district purchases, for any driver, must be sourced exclusively through HAZWOPER OSHA Training.
If your district purchases ELDT theory training from another provider while under this agreement, HAZWOPER OSHA Training reserves the right, at its own discretion, to revoke your district's landing page and bulk pricing tier, with at least 1 month written notice.
This is what keeps bulk pricing sustainable for every district we support. Specific partnership terms may be adjusted in a signed agreement between HAZWOPER OSHA Training and your district.
